All units are well maintained, like new. Our 29 units were built from late 1996 to as recently as  2005. All units are fully equipped furnished 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses.

Living space ranges from 800 sq. ft. for the 2 bedroom apartments, 1,200 sq. ft. for the 3 bedroom apartments and up to 1,800 plus, sq. ft. for the fully equipped house!

Each rental includes telephone, extended cable TV, washer and dryer, dishes, pots and pans, bath towels, bedding, and much more!

Sounds expensive? Our rates are comparable to Fort Hood's Transient Billet and guest facilities. Yet we offer so much more!

Brown's Temporary Apartments provides accommodations on a monthly basis, but arrangements can be made for shorter or longer stays and we offer discounts to military personnel. Receipt provided for TLE and TQSE reimbursements.
